Welcome to BooLon’s Nantahala Cabin

Our cabin is located in the heart of the Nantahala Mountains, just 2 miles up the mountain from the famous Nantahala Outdoor Center and minutes away from Fontana and Nantahala Lakes.  To some Nantahala means “land of the noon time sun” but we seem to think of it as “Land of all day fun”.  Whether you like hiking, biking, rafting, boating or many other outdoor activities, it’s all close by.  Some people just like sitting on the porch listing to the birds sing or shopping at nearby antique stores.  Our cabin has all the amenities of home and the convenience to many activities and places of interest.  We have a lot of information on things to do, places to eat, and sights to see (that may not be in the brochures), so make sure you ask when you make your reservations.  We work with “While You Were Out” to provide shopping and arrival gift services for those who like to plan ahead.

Our cabin is unique and not like many other “rental cabins” in the area.  It is a real log cabin with lots of large windows and nice views.  It was designed by us to be a comfortable fun place to stay.
